From Monday to Thursday from 12.45 to 13.45, in-person office hours are held by an AUC staff member representing the AUC Student Student Service Desk on the ground floor of our Academic Building. You can find the physical Service Desk right by the main entry, across from our Receptionist.
From Monday 30 June 20205 until 17 August 2025 there will be no telephone or in-person Student Service Desk office hours. All requests should be submitted digitally via our contact form, or if you are an enrolled student, through student.auc.nl and the Digital AUC Student Service Desk.

Opening hours during class-free days/weeks
There are some days and weeks during the semester when the AUC academic building is open, but no classes are taking place. These are known as class-free days/weeks. On these days, the AUC building is open from 08.00 to 18.00. For information about holidays, class-free weeks and exceptional weekend closures, please view the academic calendar via the link below.
