AUC will host a webinar for incoming students on the housing allocation process and room selection procedure for Early-bird applicants on Tuesday 23 April. This webinar will explain how incoming students starting at AUC in September 2024 can select and reserve their room.

Invitation to register in April

All Early-bird applicants who accepted their offer to start studying at AUC will receive an invitation to register for the webinar in the first week of April 2024.

Housing and room selection

In mid-May, incoming Early-bird applicants will be able to select their rooms in the AUC student residences. This process goes through DUWO, the housing association that manages the student residences, and uses the platform uh.room.nl. During the webinar on 23 April, AUC staff members will explain how the selection procedure works and what steps students need to take to reserve and confirm their room. 

All students who have accepted their offer to study at AUC will receive an invitation and a more detailed programme via email.
