AUC will host a webinar for incoming students on the housing allocation process and room selection procedure for regular-deadline applicants on Tuesday 21 May. This webinar will explain how incoming students starting at AUC in September 2024 can select and reserve their room.

Invitation to register in May

All regular-deadline applicants who accepted their offer to start studying at AUC will receive an invitation to register for the webinar in the first week of May 2024.

Housing and room selection

In early-June, incoming regular-deadline applicants will be able to select their rooms in the AUC student residences. This process goes through DUWO, the housing association that manages the student residences, and uses the platform uh.room.nl. During the webinar on 21 May, AUC staff members will explain how the selection procedure works and what steps students need to take to reserve and confirm their room. 

All students who have accepted their offer to study at AUC will receive an invitation and a more detailed programme via email.
